I like this belt as it is a low cost solution for easing the pain of a hernia. If I had it to do over again I would have gotten the next size larger because I really have to tug and pull to get it to overlap. I use it without the hernia pad and it works well.UPDATE: I ordered the 2xl size belt so I wouldn't have to pull as hard to fasten the hook and loop pads and so I could rinse on off and let dry.For the price compared to what other solutions cost here and in stores I consider them a very good buy.The only caveat is they do require repositioning if you are active they tend to slide down a bit.
