He used several different brands over the last couple of years (to include Kirschbaum, Head, Tourna etc.) but no other string compared to SP16 in terms of feel, power and durability. Until recently he used a Head Graphene Instinct MP and it seemed to be a real string breaker racquet. However as soon as he's tried SP16 his while game changed dramatically for the better. And it got even better when he switched over to his new Volkl Super G V1 Pro racquet...the string lasts a week of practice and match play, it is very soft on the arm and of course it gives enormous amount of spin on shots.
