Our Range of Manufactory 4 heavy duty CNC routing machines 2 laser cutting machines Full metal workshop including plasma cutting equipment and laser engraving A senior team of designers and crafters The stages of our production Machine Routing Designed in house and programmed by our team of techies each product starts of as a small file which is handed to our experts that handle the machines, choosing the most suitable MDF for the job and loading it on! Four Phases of Inspection After the cut finishes each product goes through four stages of inspection; When initially coming off the machine the operator will inspect for any mistakes before handing off to our second team. During the removal of tabs the sander will be sure to check for any additional anomalies. An extra stage of soft sanding is had to remove any extra debris or dust from the cut. Finally when handed to the packing team they will be sure all parts are present before shipping. Ready To Go! Once the product has be confirmed in its completion and has passed all our checks they will be safely packaged and ready to be shipped. Be sure to dry fit before applying glue! While many of our products are simple to put together it's always best to practise before committing fully! Always fully assemble before decorating! All cuts are made to give each part a tight fit! So while we encourage the use of paint, glitter or any other additions these need to be made AFTER assembly else parts may not fit. Assembly Instructions Placing one sleigh side piece face down slot in each of the parts into their respective places with amble amounts of wood glue. Slot on the other side piece and leave to dry, preferably with something heavy to clap it down. After allowing your glue to set for its full duration your sleigh will be ready to decorate!
