Let me say, I do not like sweet and especially not for breakfast. Well, even though they are low in sugar, I felt like I was eating candy. They are too sweet for me. The texture is so soft it's like biting into a firm mousse. bar. This is not my idea of a breakfast bar. Also, there is a lot of coconut flavor in each of the bars, which I am not a huge fan of.
