It's a wonderful way to get a solid answer of what your rocks are, and it brings natural beauty into your house for all to see. Review: Getting excellent results Review: Très efficace - J'aime aussi l'ouverture assez grande pour des cuillères à mesurer ou petit cup. ## Features - ★【4 Steps】Be Patient. There are 4 total cycles, 7 days each to have pretty rocks / gems. Step 1, 60 Coarse Silicon Carbide Grit. Step 2, 220 Medium Silicon Carbide Grit. Step 3, 500 Fine Silicone Carbide Grit. Step 4, 1200 Aluminum Oxide Grit. Just measure in the grit, add enough water to cover the stones, seal the barrel, and tumble. The only variable is how much of the product to use in your rock tumbler. We suggest 2 tbsp of grit per pound of stones, which is a good rule of thumb. - ★【Large Amount of Grit】This is a large amount of each size grit for the price. This kit comes with enough grit to complete approximately 16-20 lbs of rocks. This kit contains 2 lbs 60 Coarse Silicon Carbide Grit, 2 lbs 220 Medium Silicon Carbide Grit, 1 lb. 500 Fine Silicone Carbide Grit, 1 lb. 1200 Aluminum Oxide Final Polish Grit. COMPATIBLE WITH ALL BRAND TUMBLERS. - ★【Jars, Labels & a Scoop】Nice hard plastic jars with lids (as opposed to plastic bags). Bottle caps are very secure. Definitely they will not leak. Use the amount you need and set it back on the shelf for the next round. A scoop is included for the correct dose. No need to pour the material out, which possibly make a mess while doing so. They are neatly packaged and easy to read labels. Tip: you could put your tumbler on a foam pad to eliminate noise. - ★【Professional Material】The final polish in this kit is aluminum oxide which is what the professional use (as opposed to silicon carbide), making sure that you can achieve a wet polished look. If you are expecting nice shiny stones you will have to run the last stage. The aluminum oxide is what really makes them shine (providing you have done everything else correctly). - ★【Satisfaction Guarantee】 If you don’t get the satisfactory polished stones or there is anything else you are dissatisfied with, please contact us by E-mail, and within 24 hours, we will do our best to satisfy you or give you a full refund while you don’t need to return the product. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B081ZYWX97 | | Best Sellers Rank | #380,707 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #9,535 in Science Toys & Kits | | Brand | SACKORANGE | | Brand Name | SACKORANGE | | Compatible Material | Plastic, Stone | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,026 Reviews | | Grit Material | Aluminium Oxide | | Grit Material Type | Aluminium Oxide | | Grit Number | 220 | | Grit Type | Coarse | | Item Weight | 1.2 kg | | Manufacturer | Sackorange-01 | | Material | Gems | | Material Type | Gems | | UPC | 755318432462 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SACKORANGE - **Grit Material:** Aluminium Oxide - **Grit Type:** Coarse - **Item Weight:** 1.2 kg - **Material:** Gems ## Images ![6 LBS Large Weight 4 Step Rock Tumbler Grit Set, Tumbling Media Refill-Coarse / Medium Grit / Pre-Polished / Final Polish, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71cX3FfOFfL.jpg) ![6 LBS Large Weight 4 Step Rock Tumbler Grit Set, Tumbling Media Refill-Coarse / Medium Grit / Pre-Polished / Final Polish, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71hYogKbDGL.jpg) ![6 LBS Large Weight 4 Step Rock Tumbler Grit Set, Tumbling Media Refill-Coarse / Medium Grit / Pre-Polished / Final Polish, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71QPviB4+TL.jpg) ![6 LBS Large Weight 4 Step Rock Tumbler Grit Set, Tumbling Media Refill-Coarse / Medium Grit / Pre-Polished / Final Polish, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71zdIkEu2hL.jpg) ![6 LBS Large Weight 4 Step Rock Tumbler Grit Set, Tumbling Media Refill-Coarse / Medium Grit / Pre-Polished / Final Polish, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71L+dMBLwYL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: I'm seeing a lot of complaints about the final polish not working. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this?** A: Believe what you read about the polish not working with this labeled 1200 grit. It has not been working for a wide segment of it's purchasers. Find a different source for polish and make sure to look at all reviews. This is happening to new tumblers as well as some senior tenured tumblers. Cheap product is just that, you get what you pay for. Beware! **Q: there isnt any scoop, nor are there insteuctions, 2 scoops of what do I use?** A: I use a plastic tablespoon, one for each grit, to prevent cross contamination of the grits. The amount you will use depends on the hardness of the rock and the size of the barrel. Average amount to use is 4 tablespoons per 3lb barrel. You can add more, if needed. There are some great rock tumbling sites online or Facebook for more detailed info. **Q: Can you use this stuff in a vibratory polisher?** A: This grit is garbage; I wouldn't use it in any tumbler. **Q: Country of manufacture?** A: There is no country of manufacture given. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Getting excellent results *by U***T on 17 June 2025* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Très efficace *by N***Y on 8 September 2024* J'aime aussi l'ouverture assez grande pour des cuillères à mesurer ou petit cup. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good! *by L***C on 29 March 2025* ## Frequently Bought Together - 6 LBS Large Weight 4 Step Rock Tumbler Grit Set, Tumbling Media Refill-Coarse / Medium Grit / Pre-Polished / Final Polish, Works with Any Rock Tumbler, Rock Polisher, Stone Polisher - VIYUKI 2025 Professional Rock Tumbler Kit - Double Drum 6LB Lapidary Polisher for Adults (Double Barrel), Includes Rough Gemstones, 8 Polishing Grits, Jewelry, Learning Guide, Great Stem Science Kit - 4lb Rock Tumbling Ceramic Filler Medi Rock Tumbling Ceramic Filler Media Non- Abrasive Ceramic Pellets for All Type Tumblers 3/16" X 3/8" --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/244048821-6-lbs-large-weight-4-step-rock-tumbler-grit-set](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/244048821-6-lbs-large-weight-4-step-rock-tumbler-grit-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
