Not that hard to fit. Used good plaster board fixing and got one good fixing into the joist. Sucks really well. Fitted at recommended 65cm off of cooker top. Some smoke goes by but not that much. Not any louder than any other extractor hood I've heard. It's made a massive difference to my kitchen. Before grease was dripping off the walls. Trap underneath already looks greasy,will need to clean soon. Light is good. Placement was hard to get right in the centre of the cooker top. Looks great and works really well.
