Very easy to use. It fits on filters well despite the springs. If it does slip it's only because the guy before you put the filter on way too tight. I prefer the claw style for the work I do but this version works great also. It's a well built tool and will not bend as it has good thickness. Made in USA if I'm not mistaken. Great value in my opinion.
