Beyond gaming, it doubles as a digital clock with 35 animated Mario scenes, blending retro charm with modern precision in a collectible golden design. ## Description A blast from the past The original Game & Watch system was released in Japan in 1980 and was the very first handheld gaming console created by Nintendo. Now you can get your hands on a piece of history with a brand new entry in the series – a special golden Game & Watch that includes the original Super Mario Bros., a digital clock and more! Play Super Mario Bros. – Game & Watch style! Jump over bottomless pits, stomp Goombas and enter Warp Pipes just as you remember – but with even tighter controls thanks to the system’s +Control Pad. Go it alone or pass to a friend for some two-player competition! Even more Mario! Looking for more of a challenge? Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels comes packed in, but if you’re wanting a more casual experience, then Ball (with extra Super Mario flair!) should tickle that fancy. Time for fun As time passes, the included digital clock may play 35 different animations – including some guest appearances from Mario’s friends and foes! Keep your eyes on the clock when saving Princess Peach isn’t on the current agenda. Game & Watch Review: No Surprises Here - Nintendo Game & Watch series, Super Mario Bros. edition (EU version) Nintendo has a reputation for making well designed, reliable gaming hardware, coupled with addictive and entertaining, family friendly gameplay. This handheld is no exception. This unit contains 3 games and a clock/alarm function. Of course there’s the classic, original Super Mario Bros. game that we all know and love. It also includes Super Mario Bros. 2, but it should be noted that this is not the typical U.S. release of SMB2 for the NES. It’s actually a colorized version of Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, which was released on the original Nintendo Gameboy platform. It’s similar in style to the original SMB but has different levels. Lastly, there’s a nostalgic throwback game called Ball, which is a simple juggling game where Mario has to toss and catch a set of balls at varying speeds. Ball is designed to mimic the monochromatic LCD screen look of the original Game & Watches from the ‘80s. Other features are: built in battery that provides for hours of unplugged gameplay, a modern USB C charging interface, responsive tactile buttons in a classic NES controller layout, Pause function, built in speaker that produces surprisingly loud and clear audio, and a clock/timer with alarm function. All this at a modest price of under $60 makes this game well worth it for any Nintendo or Mario fan. I purchased this for him a while back and he still plays with it. He is 6 years old and they do not do phones or tablets nor does he have a video game system yet. He loves Mario and enjoys playing this game so much both at home and in the car on both short and long rides, often playing it while waiting in the long car line at school. The battery life is great, the size is perfect for little hands, and the product is well made and sturdy. ## Frequently Bought Together - Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros (Nintendo) - Game & Watch: The Legend of Zelda - LTGEM Case Compatible with Nintendo Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros/The Legend of Zelda, Red+Gray(Case Only) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/244331589-nintendo-game-and-watch-super-mario-bros](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/244331589-nintendo-game-and-watch-super-mario-bros) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
