It is a snug fit, just take your time, and it will not rip apart if you simply use your fingers by pinching and pulling it.

**Q: What is the quanity provided?**
A: You do NOT get a big pile as they misleadingly show in the photo I can tell you that much. It's about 10 or so. Absolutely false advertising.

**Q: What is the size of the minis**
A: The Mini's are apparently 13 to 18mm in diameter or about 1/2-inch to just under 3/4-inches in diameter.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Could the 60mm covers stretch enough to cover 70mm? I have an oval shaped headset earphone that is 70mm (2.75") x 50mm (~2")**
A: I have a Logitech headset with earphones that are 2.75" X 2.5" and these cushions work great.

**Q: Can these be used on Plantronics c320 headphones?**
A: I'm not certain one way or the other if these particular ear foam covers will fit but if you enter "Ear Cushion Foam Replacement for Plantronics Office Telephone Headsets" in the Amazon search bar at the top of any Amazon.com page, you might find more exacting results with different Amazon Merchants who just might be selling exactly what you're looking for.
