## Questions & Answers

**Q: How is the comfort? Is it firm? Or is it like a memory foam topper like soft ? Is there wight limit ?**
A: I purchased this mattress because I have had back surgery and have had other memory foam mattresses which I loved. I bought this one because I was changing bed size and this one said it is like sleeping on a cloud. However, it is way too firm. I can't sleep because it makes me hurt too much. This is my 3rd Zinus, first time I have been disappointed.

**Q: Can anyone compare this matress to the zinus 12 in green tea matress>**
A: The layers are different. This mattress has1 inch microfiber quilted to soft knitted jacquard cover, 1 inch Viscolatex Responsive Foam, 2 inch memory foam, 3 inch comfort foam, & 5 inch high-density base support foamThe green tea 12" 3 inches Memory Foam, 2 inches Comfort Foam, 3.5 inches Airflow High-density Foam, 3.5 inches Airflow High-density Base Support Foam

**Q: I have owned a memory foam mattress before and it didn't have "bounce" in it for marital relations, if you get what I'm saying. Does this one have any**
A: If looking for a "bounce back" from a foam mattress, then look into latex. It has a better "return" than most foams and has good longevity.

**Q: Is the cover removable for washing? Is it machine washable and dryable?**
A: On their website, Zinus says about this (and all their mattress covers): "The cover is not meant to be removed and is not washable. Please follow the care instructions on your mattress label. We recommend using a mattress protector to keep your mattress like new."
