I had (yes past tense) plantar fasciitis for a long time, I got these after first using stepers innersoles, which were great too, but someone I met at work suggested I try these ones and they have cured my plantar fasciitis... Yes cured it. I cannot stress how great these are. Yes they moved in your shoes before you put your foot in but if you can put your foot in with out moving them it's perfect (if you do find it moves just take your shoe off and do it again... It's not that difficult) but these things work that it they simply WORK.
