I just bought this, so I can’t tell you if it works well. I get hot dry summers and long wet cold winters. Hopefully it stand up well with the elements and keeps the weeds away. It is heavy duty and was easy to open up and lay down over all the dirt areas before covering with mulch.

I did not really buy this product for its intended purpose, so I can’t speak much on that. This was more of a temporary solution for me.The side of my house gets almost zero sun and is plagued by mud when it rains. There are many things that could be done to solve this problem, but as a temporary solution I purchased this to make walking on the side of the house possible after it rains. For this purpose the product works really well. I have had this installed for around 2 months now and it hasn’t had any issues with ripping or breaking despite being walked on and even driven over by my robot lawn mower.- I like that the product is fairly thick compared to some of the other similar products out there.- couldn’t have been easier to install. It’s nice they allow you to order just the size you need.- Price was very good! As stated above this was intended as a temporary solution. Next year I will probably address the problem with a more permanent fix, but for the cost of this I couldn’t be happier, even if I do end up needing to replace it at some point.- Some reviewers have mentioned that this doesn’t let water through. It most definitely does! This is installed the side of my house and it is in a part of the property that is dug low and tends to pool up during heavy rains. This product lets enough water through for this not to be an issue.

Very easy to install and gets the job done.I installed the liner about 8 months ago and then covered with blackstar gravel. So far, so good... no stray weeds!

Item is as described. The thickness is ok, though I did double them between my vegetable garden rows rather the cut them. Rolling it out to measure the desired length was a breeze and an exacto knife enabled easy cutting of the sections needed, though scissors would work too. Very pleased with this product so far. How it holds up by end of the garden season, time will tell, though I am hoping to take them up and reuse next year..

I usually dont use landscape fabric, but needed a quick solution this year. I tried this and some of the cheaper stuff from another supplier. This is better than the cheap stuff. I like how it didnt smell like chemicals like the other stuff. Also it seem healthier for the plants even though I think this stuff still isnt great to keep in the ground long-term.

It’s heavy enough to work, but pliable and easy to cut.

So....my item delivered today. (One day later than stated, but with this time of the year expected. I was not going to install until the weekend anyway. My first disappointment was when I picked up the box. I was expecting this “super ultra thick 2-3 times thicker than others” so I was rather surprised when I could lift it with one hand. My “proper lifting stance” was unwarranted. Contents weight was 10.8 lbs. I’m not sure weight per square foot because what I ordered (or thought I ordered) was a roll 4’ x 180’. The tag on the bagged roll states 4’ x 170’. This concerns me as the area I need to cover is 10’6” x 60’ long. So when I came across the 180’ roll it seemed “perfect”. 3 rows overlapped 6-8” too good to be true right???When I went back and read other reviews one answer from manufacturer was it stretches to gain length.... really?I don’t take into account the stretch factor when I cover square footage on any product. When you buy carpet they don’t sell you less because it stretches a bit. I ordered 180’ roll because I needed 180’. So to start, looks like I’m 10’ short before I even begin. Other reviews question if the rolls are even as labeled, so I may even be shorter then expected.As far as the thickness.... it seems ok. I have purchased a roll at Costco in the past that was of the same thickness and quality. (In fact I have a partial roll left that will have to make up the shortage on this description. If I had known they were so similar, I would have searched Costco again.The description on this product just had me expecting “more”......It seems durable enough, but if stapled down as suggested, I see it tearing rather easily.I’ve attached a few pics to help others see my concerns.

As far as quality? I have used plastic woven grocery bags that there better.
