**Q: What are amounts of salt, potassium, calcium, etc. ? would like to see picture of backs of cans**
A: Hi, I only  have 1 can left to give info on. I know each has 5 servings.  Beef stew info:  five 1/3 cup servings, 3.5g total fat, 1.5 sat fat, 0 trans fat, 15 mg cholesterol, 390 mg sodium, 7 total carbs, 1 g fiber, 1 g sugar and 7 g protein.  My dad has dysphagia and as a full-time caregiver blending all foods and thickening all liquids to adds so much time and effort to the day.  These cans of food to supplement has been a great help and he likes all of them.  Also likes the French Toast puree and the mixed berries.  French toast: 4.5g fat, 2 sat, 0 trans, 25 mg chol, sodium 170 mg, total carbs 13g, fiber 0, sugars 5g added 4g and 2g protein.

**Q: How many calories are in a 1/3 cup serving?**
A: I'm not sure, to be honest calories was not may major concern. I'm taking care of my 102 yr old great aunt she needs all the calories she can get at this point in her life. Hope this helps, remain safe and covid free.

**Q: is there a vegetable puree for seniors**
A: Yes. Broccoli, green beans, peas&carrots, spinach, & sweet corn.

**Q: Where is the nutritional information?**
A: The nutritional information in on the back of the can.  Depending on which variety you choose, the nutrients vary.  The Chicken a la Kung indicates- 110 calories per serving, total fat6g, cholesterol 200 mg, sodium 350 mg, protein 8g.

Beef is one of the worst for consistency...very grainy and with dysphagia harder to swallow, used immersion blender for beef and took 10 mins to get to desired consistency for person. All of chicken products are awesome. Beef stew has to much salt and very salty taste. Cin. toast one is too cinnamon for my taste. Its very easy to get fed up with same flavors. For food stamp people you should offer individual cans of everything. You would sell more. 2 cans of chicken were damaged in my case. You should also offer the roasted check tray and other with food stamps. Love the thick it water and honey thick products. For me you must understand this is ongoing problem with elders and even some kids so offering individual and all available with stamps would help....
