**Q: What is the reach?**
A: I don't know, we could not use ours because it leaked so badly.

**Q: Does the nozzle retract automatically?**
A: Gravity retraction on my version. So it's fully dependent on the weight. Install weight at the labeled position and it should perform normal. Drain pipes and other items may implead retraction, so observe underside placements. Note; The version I have has is no positive stop for the orientation of the sprayer. Expect it to rotate slightly.

**Q: does this come with the 3 hole deck plate?  I see confusing comments.**
A: mine did not

This is the nicest faucet I've ever had - design & function. The 'best of' reviews are correct! The pull-down is easy to use, easy to direct the spray. Low flow actually works! The control handle is easy to turn on or off with just a finger; nicely placed too. The clean design & stainless steel look great and it's easy to use. I'm afraid this is turning into a glowing report, but I'm pretty impressed, & no problems! I didn't install it but the plumber said that install was easy (I also got a new disposal, which he also installed; that made it much easier to install the faucet. Great plumber!)
