Excellent, we'll made book with easy to read print--packed with tons of valuable instruction and diagrams. Specific body diagrams showing channel/meridians and points. This book is a great start for students teachers or anyone who wants to learn more about TCM and the many health benefits it offers for a lifelong healing journey for yourself and others. It encompasses the 5 elements of TCM, 12 meridians/channels, points and how they can improve your health and well being.

Profoundly inspiring, heart-warmingly wise, and deeply nourishing. Cindy Black has done an amazing job of capturing the fundamentals of Chinese Medicine and presenting it clearly and simply without losing the essence. The practical recommendations for point combinations and self-care provide readers with ways that they can put theory into practice immediately. Her holistic approach reminds us of our humanity and compassion. I appreciate her invitations to build on this healing lineage by exploring and finding our own path so we can be of service in our own authentic way. I am so excited to receive this book. As a massage therapist for 14 years this meridian massage teaching adds a depth to my practice that my clients benefit from and so do I. I have taken Cindy Blacks online 12 Meridian Guide course and love her teaching style and mastery of information. I am grateful to have this hands on guide. If you are even just a little bit interested in Chinese medicine this book is a wonderful resource.
