**Q: What are the ingredients?  (Vendor:  Please show photo of ingredients listed on the carton).  Thanks!**
A: The one I just ordered (exp 2022) lists the ingredients in this order:  Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Shallot, Galagal, Dried red chili, Coriander see, Keffir lime peel, Curry powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Tumeric, Cardamom, Nutmeg.   Wonder why they keep changing the ingredients around?  Mine is different from the other two posted...

**Q: Is it vegan?**
A: I ordered three of them: red, Panang, and yellow.

Yellow is all-vegan.

Red and Panang contain shrimp paste.

**Q: What is the shelf life for this? I love it and keep in in my fridge, I was curious how long its good for? I've had it for over a year already.**
A: Normally after open , you can keep in refrigertor for year.  Over one year please do not use it.

**Q: So, is curry paste the same as curry sauce except the sauce is already prepared?**
A: No, it is not a sauce.  It is an ingredient that you use to make a sauce.  Usually you add 2-3 tablespoons to coconut milk and chicken broth, etc...I prefer it to dry curry powder. This 14 oz. container will make a recipe probably 5-6 times depending on taste preference.
