After washing it still works like a charm. But like any velcro, you have to clean out the gunk if you get anything on it if you expose it for any long period of time. Just store is with the velcro on. I usually try not to un-velcro the belt and just step into like pants to get it on as the size I order fits perfect. It is pretty elestic enough to move around. Love this product!

This is a GREAT product. It's comfortable and soft on the skin. No chaffing or dangling catheter. Hold sit in snug. You just have to make sure if you remove the velcro to wear or adjust to just make sure to velcro is back on straight or the velcro can be exposed a bit and chaff. After washing it still works like a charm. But like any velcro, you have to clean out the gunk if you get anything on it if you expose it for any long period of time. Just store is with the velcro on. I usually try not to un-velcro the belt and just step into like pants to get it on as the size I order fits perfect. It is pretty elestic enough to move around. Love this product!

Works as advertised for holding PD catheter. You will sweat. It does get stinky. I’ve found that taping catheter helps to “hide” the bulge better than this device. Also I would recommend taping down catheter near the exit site to keep from accidentally pulling as the belt will ride up your torso and cause discomfort.
