WÜSTHOF ist und bleibt einer der besten Messer Hersteller. Nach einem Jahr Nutzung (2-3 Mal pro Woche) ist das Messer immer noch scharf. Super Material, gute Verarbeitung. War mal wieder seinen Preis wert.
