I was happy to see it offered for sale here. It is made with a stretchy cotton that comes off 3 days later. I find it easier to remove right after a shower and follow it up with Acure Calming Itch and Irritation lotion to moisturize area. Until then, I was happy with it, and I felt that it helped relieved the pain in my shoulder. I watched a lot of youtube videos to learn how to tape for shoulder pain, and even though it was a bit tricky, I got the hang of it and was happy with the results. I actually got a night's sleep without waking with incredible pain in my right shoulder, and that hasn't happened in well over a year. But then the rash showed up so I removed the tape, and haven't tried it again. I don't have particularly sensitive skin, so I was surprised when I had a reaction to it.To remove the tape I used an extra amount of shower gel, and let it and the running water do the work.
