As an added note (something that could be printed up and sent with the cartridge) "If there is loose toner on the item when received, this can be dusted off in a proper location. If you get some smearing or dark blotches on a clean piece of paper after installing the cartridge - make sure you shake the cartridge 5-6 times horizontally and verify that the "green" rollers are free of loose toner. Install the received cartridge into the printer. Run 5 test sheets through the printer on one side and reverse the paper in the magazine (print side down for the ML-2510) and run the blank sides of the 5 sheets - the final printed sheet should be a normal test page, with no imperfections".I did accomplish the above task/steps after receiving the cartridge with toner dust and artifacts on the test sheet - result, I ended up with a happy ML-2510.
