Kept running on and off and made a lot of noise. Felt cheaply made and rattled out of the box. The mask was hard to get on, didn’t seem to seat properly when it did and broke when I removed it to pack up for return. Used it twice but that was enough. I see that you can buy the original My Puremist and although I expect it not to last much more than a year if that, I will get another one as when it works it’s great.

I had received a personal steamer last week that I gave 1star and got rid of. Ordered this unit in the hopes it was close to the description. Exceeds my expectations. Easy to hold. Fits wonderfully well and you get to inhale almost all of the steam. Love the carry bag that comes with it. Even holds a bottle of distilled water so you are good to go. If you have sinus issues or asthma check with your doctor but I believe this will help.

I've had it for 6 years and have had the same blinking green light problem. What has worked for Me is to reach my little finger down into the water reservoir and rub the little brass sensor at the bottom (seems to develop a film) dump the water and start over with fresh distilled water. It's frustrating, but seems to work.
