This pre-shampoo shampoo is perfect for really cleaning your hair to a squeaky- clean level, and you don't need too much of it, for it to whip-up into the most amazing creamy, foamy lather. It takes a few rinses to really clean it all out, so use it sparingly. I use this in conjunction with a John Freda hydrating shampoo, then i follow that with a banana conditioner and my hair had started to look so much better now. I think there must have been a huge build up of chemicals on it, over the years, and now it actually feels properly clean and looks super shiny. I was losing a lot of strands each week and that seems to have lessened now thank goodness. You won't be disappointed with this product and i highly recommend it, and it's not massively expensive which is a bonus. But just remember, this is a pre-shampoo shampoo and you'll need to use a hydrating shampoo afterwards, as it strips back all of the residue on the hair and your hair will need to restore moisture back in with the hydrating shampoo.
