**Q: Can the additional 10 seconds run time be extended, such as 20 seconds and how?**
A: If you know how to solder you can. It's a standard 555 timer circuit. Resister R4 is a 200k ohm. Replace it with a 400k and you'll get about 20 sec. It's linear so for example if you want 30 sec you'd do 600k. I did mine with the existing 200k and in series added a 200k potentiometer so I get a variable 10-20 sec delay. So far so good.

**Q: Mine keeps getting stuck On. The float drops, but the sump continues to run. Any ideas? It is pretty clean..**
A: I did some testing on mine and found something interesting with the relay that turns the pump on/off.  My relay would energize with a minimum of 6.8 Vdc applied across its coil.  To cause the relay to turn off, the applied voltage had to be less than 1.8 Vdc.  This is where I see a potential problem.  That is really close to the voltage that exists during normal operation and would be higher if the line voltage to your AC outlet is higher.  So I could see how the pump could turn on and then never turn off.  Unplug the watchdog, plug it back in, pump would be off but when energized again it would just keep running.  I modified my circuit to make sure the voltage across the relay was about 1.1 Vdc when it was supposed to be off.

**Q: If I use this on the ground at what water level would it activate?**
A: After attaching it to your sump pump you can adjust it to any level however I don't thing it is meant to be used at ground level.

**Q: What hp pump is it rated for? i have a 1/3 hp pump but i don't know if this ill work for my system.**
A: The BWC1 float controller is rated for 12 amps. I'm sure it will run a 1/3 HP pump
