**Q: Would this stop my head from hyperextended back?**
A: although it says soft, it is quite rigid and holds the neck in its correct position, i have found that you cannot tilt your head too far in any direction allowing the neck to heal from any pulls or tears, hope this helps.

**Q: Can you wear this product while sleeping?**
A: Hi Bob!I bought this on behalf of a neighbour, who still likes it very much.I have checked with him for you. But both him and his wife work in a hospital and they strongly advise not to use any cervical collar when lying down if it can be helped.This is because, although it supports, it holds the neck at a poor breathing angle when sleeping. Great for any other time EXCEPT when lying down.No doubt this is not what you wanted to hear, but I can only pass on the best advice I have.I hope that, in some way it helps with your decision.Kindest regardsMike

**Q: How do I know what size to order?**
A: One size fits all, and is very comfortable.

**Q: Says about distance from chin, but no wher tochange it. need to be able to match neck diameter to height.**
A: The height was a bit high for me but not too uncomfortable- it’s not adjustable.
