Love the infrared feature because it makes you sweat without making you feel hot. Delivery was quick. Getting a lot of use out of it! ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars ... sauna directly from JNH and have not had the best experience. A Recovered model is less expensive *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States on April 12, 2017* We purchased a Recovered 4 person ENSI sauna directly from JNH and have not had the best experience. A Recovered model is less expensive, and JNH says to expect cosmetic damage, such as "scuffs and scratches." Our sauna arrived with 2 main issues: there's a crack and a hole in the sauna roof (inside panel), and the front panel and the right wall did not come together. The bottom part of the 2 panels fit perfectly, but the middle and top part were not aligned. This was the second-to-last piece to assemble so the issue wasn't known till the very end. I contacted JNH. I was told the hole and crack in the ceiling is in fact "cosmetic." That's very different from a scuff or scratch that the rep told us to expect. Further, they advised to sand the parts that do not fit together properly and promised this is an "easy fix." The front panel is one solid piece - 6 ft. tall by 6 ft. wide and very heavy with glass pieces. I am 5'3", female, and required a lot of assistance getting it upstairs, not to mention raising and lowering it multiple times to sand the pieces to fit together. During these conversations, I asked how to return the product due to obvious frustration. The rep advised there is a 20% restocking fee ($460) and I have to pay return shipping for a 500 lb shipment. The "satisfaction guarantee" apparently does not apply because I unboxed it. Seriously. The whole reason I wanted to return the sauna - the items mentioned above - weren't known until the sauna was 95% assembled. Lastly, when ordering, I was told to I could receive a free ionizer or light after leaving 2 honest and positive product reviews on 2 sites. So, we'll see if I get the ionizer. Took one person about an hour and a half. Some of the directions couldve been a tad more descriptive but overall easy process. Enjoying all the benefits, simple to use!! Bluetooth works like a gem same with the timer and all the controls.
