Review: Performed flawlessly when I used the proper ratcheting crimps - I used several of the red (22-16 AWG) on an automotive wiring harness repair and they performed flawlessly once I got a better pair of ratcheting crimpers (Klein #3005CR). The heat shrink was thick but responded well to a low-power (Haisstronica Mini) heat gun. I bought the variety pack since I didn't need that many of the reds.

**Q: What brand of crimper tool should I use on these 26-24 awg connectors? Any recommendations? I have't find a crimper that fits for 26-24awg, help plz!**
A: Really?   You want the cheapest connector you can find, and you are worried about the right crimpers?

**Q: i need to connect 2 wires in one end and 1 wire in the other end, the 2 wires fit perfectly, should i twist the 2 wires in one end together before?**
A: This is how I would do it, slide the heat shrink on either wire your splicing. Then twist the two together that are coming out of the same location and solder the three together and then slide the heat shrink over the connection and shrink. That way you know you will have a solid connection and it will break before twisted wires could just pull out of the heat shrink.

A: You can do this but the heat shrink will not seal around the 2 wires. I suggest that after you do this, using liquid electric tape to seal the whole thing.

A: The Wire Connectors are made for Automotive and Marine Grade applications. Most of that is 12-volt DC.

These butt conectors are so awesome.I will never use just the krimp ones again.These here you krimp then heat to melt the shrinkwrap to make 100% water tight Never had one failed me yet
