The tiles are a good medium size - not full size, but good for playing at home and not too bulky to take to play elsewhere. The tiles feel nice and smooth, with a pleasing weight.The only downside for me is the case that the set comes in. It looks nice, but even with no damage it is very easy for the sides to open enough to allow tiles to fall out, if not carefully handled. Even easier for the instruction booklet to fall out.
