I have been using argan for several months now. Mogador brand is the second brand I have tried. I find it to be of a much more superior quality than the previous brand I tried. I have done quite a bit of research on Argan oil, and Mogador brand has all of the characteristics of true argan oil. Hence, I think the "100% pure" advertising is indeed accurate. I thank Mogador for this truthful advertising and creating a quality product. The oil appears to be of a higher quality, and has a thicker, more velvety feel than the previous brand I used. Funny enough, despite others not liking the smell, I actually like it. To me, it has a subtle woodsy, earthy scent to it that I love. I definitely will buy this brand again. I am thankful I came across it only after one experience with another brand. I've had friends who have tried several, very expensive brands that they did not enjoy.I have been using the Mogador brand for two months now. I love the Mogador brand and think it to be noticeably better than my previous purchase. However, there is a great deal of hype out there regarding argan oil generally. Unfortunately, I have found this hype to be improper. Argan oil is indeed great as a moisturizer, it makes my skin look nice and glowing, it absorbs well, and I've never experienced any bad reactions to it (I have never experienced any weird breakouts like other comments allege). I would however advise people against falling for the hype surrounding argan oil. Despite it being a great product, it's not a miracle cure for fine lines (mine have still not disappeared), and its moisturizing properties are not so superior to other products that it should get the excessive adulation it's getting in the marketplace. But, Mogador sells a quality product and I think it's a product that is superior to others. But please don't buy it with the expectation that it's going to be a miracle worker. Buy it because it's natural, it's a good way to moisturize your skin, and to keep it healthy.Thanks! ### ⭐ Fake, or Diluted Oil, Nothing Like The Original *by B***T on October 25, 2019* I've been buying the Mogador brand Argan oil for the past 5 years now, and have always been satisfied with its consistency for being 100% original, with all the traits of an original product, such as the smell, that this oil, and brand has been known to emit; a lightly burnt, roasted nutty order, with a thick, yellow tinged texture, which is, immediately, noticeable upon opening the bottle and taking a whiff, in confirming its authenticity. None of the above was the case with this, so called, "100% certified Argan Oil" being sold by this company, or seller.Upon receiving the oil, on this very day, which is the date attached to this review, I opened the bottle and immediately noticed the oil being thin, and whitish, with an unknown order that smells absolutely nothing like that of the original, Mogador 100% Argan Oil, which I have always been purchasing, exclusively, on amazon for the past 5 years. This product has, obviously, been diluted with an unknown, complementary oil that gives it a thin consistency, with an odor that tries to mimic the original, but is so far off the mark that it's immediately noticeable to anyone who's familiar with the smell of an authentic bottle of Morgandor 100% certified argan oil.I've bought dozens of other brands in the past, that were cheaper than the Morgandor brand thinking I was getting a bargain, though with some, I knew I was taking a chance, but always ended up coming back to this brand, because none had the traits, nor actual performance that the original, consistently, produced, with noticeable differences when applied to the skin and hair. And now, I feel I can no longer even rely on the Morgandor brand, but may end up have to import this oil directly from Morocco just to get an authentic bottle that I can trust to be 100% original.And just to mention, while searching and ordering this oil, there was a picture of a single casual style shoe, as the product pic, which I overlooked, thinking, mistakes happen.
