They speak a language that sounds Japanese so I'm not sure of what she is trying to tell me about the equipment. I've sort of figured it out, but it would have been good to know and maybe have a way to change it or at least the translation to English. I've tried different ways to fix it, but to no avail. The volume lever is a little rickety, but still working after several months of intense use. I'm hard on my earphones and these have lasted longer than any others.
