The measurements listed are correct. 4.5" wide ,3" high and 0.5" thick loaded with my stuff.There are 4 zippered pockets.The top pocket on the long side runs the full width and height . It fits a car key and remote with ease.On one face there are 2 pockets the top one is full width and full height ,I keep a ring with 2 house keys, a 2" flashlight and a leatherman squirt.The lower pocket is full width and 1.5" deep it holds 2 keys.
