The original from Mombaruzzo Continuing the great tradition, our company has introduced this specialty beyond regional and national winning prestigious awards including the "Dino Villani" award, established by the Academy of Italian cuisine. The Amaretti of Mombaruzzo seems that already in 1700 some local bakers it would produce small amounts weekly, for the lords of the area, that usually donate them to friends and relatives in neighboring countries. Since then Amaretti of Mombaruzzo, for their softness and taste delicious, were a refined completion for important business lunches and dinners. Soft Amaretti cookies. Ingredients: sugar, apricots almond 35%, white of egg, almonds 8%, glucose syrup, preserving agent: potassium sorbate. It may contain traces of peanuts, shelled fruits, sulphure dioxide and cereals. Product subject to natural weight loss.
