## Description

Jack Jill Baby Pocket Cloth Diapers Our cute and absorbent cloth diapers are perfect for your little one! The outer layer is waterproof and the inner layer is double gusseted to prevent leaks. Soft bamboo charcoal fleece is gentle against your baby's skin and wicks moisture away. The diapers will grow with your baby using the adjustable snaps. We don't use velcro closures which can get stuck in the washing machine or get pulled off by baby. They're easy to clean. Just throw the in the washer and dryer. Save money and the environment. Most babies will go through at least 6,000 diapers until potty trained. Each disposable diaper takes 500 years to decompose. Prepping instructions Diaper: Wash once in warm water in detergent before first use. No other prep needed. Diaper Inserts: Wash 5 times in hot water to increase absorbency. Please do not use diaper rash cream, fabric softeners or bleach.

I would like for these to be bamboo

*by D***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 25, 2016*

I cannot decide if these are bamboo micro fleece lined as indicated in the description and on the card that comes with, or if these are polyester micro fleece as indicated on the tag of the pocket diaper. I tried emailing with no message able to go through. There's no number, and no ask seller a question option in Amazon. I would like for these to be bamboo, but the color is different than the three other brands of charcoal bamboo pocket diapers I have, so I wonder. (If you're wondering, bamboo micro fleece pocket diapers are the best of any cloth diaper option I've seen. They keep baby the driest. Also, because you stuff the insert in the pocket, you don't need to arrange multiple things on a squirming baby and you have the benefit of separate pieces cleaning better in the wash and drying much faster.) If these pocket diapers are indeed made with bamboo, it's a 4 or 5 star product. The diaper fits pretty well through the legs, (the PUL waterproof cover does turn in some, so it's not quite as soft on the leg as compared to Pandaroos) the sewn in channel does tend to keep the poo better contained (though this has not been a problem with any reusable diapers so far) the design is easy to clean. The insert is thick and soft- a 1/2 in shorter would make it easier to stuff, but that's nit picking. To rank the four bamboo pocket diapers I've tried my favorites are Pandaroos (most comfortable on the legs, great insert), these, jack&jill, bumworks (insert is thin, and leg is not as comfortable) and angelicwae (returned for leaking).update: I asked if these were polyester lined or bamboo. Here's the answer : Hi there!I'm glad that the diapers are working for you. We create our lining material by heating bamboo, which then becomes charcoal. The charcoal is ground into a very fine powder so small that the particles are called nanoparticles. The charcoal nano-particles are then be added to the fleece to become bamboo charcoal fleece. I hope this answers your question. Thanks,Pearl"Personally I feel a bit miffed that I fell for what seems a bit like a marketing scheme... But then again, I DO like my diapers, and a grey color is still better than white.... And these DO work better than the natural cloth alternatives at keeping baby feeling the driest.

    They're easy to use

*by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 26, 2016*

I'm not new to the cloth diapering world-- I've used Thirsties, BumGenius, Fuzzibunz, Flip, Bummis in multiple variations (diaper covers with prefolds, AIO, pocket, with snaps and with velcro). After much $$$ and experimentation, I've finally settled on pocket diapers with adjustable snaps. They're easy to use, just grab a prestuffed one when you need a diaper and dump the used one in the diaper pail. My baby does NOT stay still and I found it really hard to keep the prefold in the cover without it jostling out while trying to keep my baby in place. I like the fact that you can take the insert out of the pocket diaper to wash separately and it also dries quicker that way. I thought velcro tabs would be easier to use but then I found that the velcro would become less "sticky" with each wash, even when following directions. So I've stuck with snaps. I love the fleecy material on this diaper because it keeps my baby's skin dry. The double gussets are a nice feature that I haven't had with other diapers I've used. As another reviewer said, regardless of the diaper used, there will always be leaks and blowouts but I'm really satisfied with the quality of this set as well as the price. These cost a fraction of what I've paid for my other diapers!! I'm really glad that I gave these diapers a try and I wish I had known about these sooner!

    Perfect for sensitive little ones

*by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2016*

These are the best out there! They have a soft bamboo lining that doesn't show any discoloration, if it has any. I have been using these and Angelicware. (Old style Angelicware with double gussets, not the craptastic new design with plastic inner leg gussets like Bumwraps that chafe babies crotch) Because after browsing every cloth diaper I could get my hands on, I decided I wanted the super soft bamboo lining and double gussets. Unlike several other brands and every "micro suede" lined diaper we tried, these don't leave nasty marks on my little ones back and legs. I use a newborn charcoal bamboo insert in them for my now 7 week old. She has been wearing them since 2 or 3 weeks old. My big boy is 2 1/2, 35lb heavy wetter who has been in these for a year, no leaks, blowouts or disappointments. We wash in a cold rinse cycle first, warm wash with soap, baking soda and vinegar rinse next and line dry the body while the inserts are in the dryer. I love these and recommend them over all. The only downside with these for me is having multiples of the same colors/designs. I'd like more options as these are the whole stash but the company doesn't offer much selection.
