The storage on it is ok, could be a little wider but it does for a 5 Q claw cue holder without putting a lot of pressure on the zipper. The shoulder strap is basic no cushion or anything but with cues and stuff it's not a lot of weight so it works just fine. Overall I'm happy with it, it does the job and priced nice too.
