Only downside for me was the day after I purchased it, Amazon had it on a lightning deal! ### ⭐ Poor quality, poor connection & control, awful customer service *by D***A on 3 January 2022* I have recently purchased this drone for my son and a few days ago was the very first time that we took the drone out for testing it. We took it in the middle of a massive football pitch behind our house and as soon as we pressed ascend on the control, drone started climbing and not responding to any other controller instructions. The drone went up and confusedly dropped in the massive bush area behind our reach in the forest. I tried to go and find the drone, but I had a fall and I am all bruised and in major pain. My children have been crying because this was the first time that they want to play with the drone and they didn’t get a chance and they miss the drone. I believe it is unfair that the item is sold as an item that can be used outside, however, the controller did not have full and continuous connection with the drone. The quality of photo and connection with controller and app have been very poor. We discussed our experience with Amazon who agreed that this is a legitimate concern and suggested contacting the seller. There is no email or phone number for customer service. Amazon assistants gave me contact information through Facebook. I contacted 4DRC via Facebook massager and I was simply ignored. Overall, poor quality, poor control and connection, absolutely awful customer support.
