It had a stronger cardboard box with paper insulation and a freezer bag to keep bars from being exposed to hot florida summer weather during shipping and then the delivery added a bag to protect from evening storm. I've had these before but decided to go ahead and add them to my subscribe and save because I love the flavor and love that they are GLUTEN FREE! I didn't really look at it prior but once I did I was truly hooked. I love that there's a good amount of protein in them to make for a good snack. The chocolate and mint are a great combination as well as the crispy texture of the bar. It doesn't taste dry because of the chocolate coating, which I love, as most bars that I've tried (that are gluten free) tend to be too dry. It's worth it to buy it in bulk to have on hand for a quick treat. It definitely satisfies my chocolate bar craving!
