The tins are great. They were easy to wash and then season to prep. I used some shortening and baked them then wiped off the excess grease. Once that is done they are ready for using and the cookies slide right out after baking. The tins are also pretty sturdy yet flexible enough to help pop out any edges that didn’t immediately release. I do recommend trying to use similar sizes when baking. Some of these are a bit larger or smaller so I tried keeping the sizes together so cookies weren’t over or under baked.
