I have a third fan on the inlet opening of the amp to help with its cooling again using only two of the wires. **Q: It looks like it has 3 wires coming out of the fan. which wires do you connect to 12 vdc, +/- , high or low speed?** A: As the last person answered, you can just connect the red and black for max speed and noise or use the provided cables to change it to the speed and noise level you like. I have two of these, one I have running at full speed and the other I used a resistance cable to slow it down to the medium speed to be very quiet and still do a good job of cooling. This is a good quiet fan and with the cables provided you have a 3 speeds, so the choice is yours. I did not use the third wire for anything. **Q: What is the current draw?** A: This is the current draw listed on the package.
