The one that came with my razor lasted less than a year when it started falling off the shaver.** A: Mine has lasted about 2 years so far, but is doing fine currently working like it did from the beginning. **Q: I have replaced this part a couple times. After several months it starts to fall off again during shaving. Something is wrong !! Solutions ??** A: Correct orientation? It is possible to attach it to the shaver wrong. Time for a new shaver? **Q: we have a norelco 9000 and one of the shaver heads is missing. what part is needed for that item or does the entire unit needs to be replaced?** A: replace all three of the shaving heads. **Q: Are the three rotating heads made entirely out of plastic, or is it as shown in the photo (i.e. original design)?** A: I have a 9000 series but, the blades and screen are stainless steel. There are some plastic parts that are molded in to support the blades and clipper screen for each of the three blades. Mine is water resistant so I may shave both wet or dry. All in all, an exceptional shaver.
