**Q: Where do the batteries go**
A: The batteries go in the top of the train. There is a screw towards the back which needs to be removed. It took me ages to find where they went.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this product. I bought it on offer, but it is a really nice item. The sound is excellent and very representative of what was in the film. The track is perfectly adequate, and we have ours round the base of the Christmas tree. Our daughter loves it and is spellbound watching it go round. The train and carriages seem well made and realistic. Recommended.

Was skeptical after purchasing after doing some research and it saying it doesn’t connect well and falls of track etc but even on uneven surface the Christmas tree skirt bumps it runs smoothly with no issues and no falling off until little one gets a hold of it! Looks great and makes the Christmas tree! Highly recommend it
