It’s round and very big, and the worst part is that if it sticks in your throat for a second, you start tasting a really strange, strong flavour. When I first started taking these, the stuck+taste combo made me gag so badly, once I vomited. I persevered since I had a whole bag left, and I’ve figured out now that if I have something small to swallow a bite of afterwards (like a grape or piece of chocolate) it gets rid of the taste quickly and pushes down the stuck tablet.All of this said, I’m now on my third pack, but probably wouldn’t have repurchased if I’d continued just trying to swallow them on their own (plus liquid). They’re a good price and contain the things I’m looking for, which is why I continue to buy them. At some point I’ll probably see if I can find an alternative, but these are doing the job for now.
