Pour le lavage après utilisation par contre, le résultat est meilleur si on utilise la poudre spécialement conçu pour l’inox. Autrement, ça laisse comme des cernes de couleur sur la surface de cuisson. Et non, ce n’est pas parce que je l’ai laissé sur le feu à vide ou trop fort. Pas besoin de dépasser « médium » pour un excellent résultat de cuisson. C’est quand même un peu lourd pour le bras mais c’est vraiment un beau produit.
