I purchased a springboard a few years ago, so I was surprised it didn't come with long yellow straps, but I am very happy with this purchase. **Q: do you have an instructional dvd that comes with the springboard** A: Hi Samer,When you order the Springboard, it does come with an instructional DVD. It is a 40-minute, full-body workout including a warm-up, core strengthening, upper body and lower body program. The workout includes classic Pilates exercises as well as original exercises created by Ellie especially for the Springboard. Is it ok to mount it with the springboard being 3/4" higher off the floor than the recommended 5"?** A: Should be just fine. The bar located at the bottom will just be higher when you need to hold it for certain exercises. All the springs are adjustable however. So that should not affect anything negatively. Before you install the bar you could consider installing it to the baseboard instead? Just an idea. Also consider installing it at standing grab level like some Pilates studios have.
