They seem to adhere well, too, and were easy to apply. I wanted to cover pretty much the entire back of my phone case, as I have small hands and arthritis in my fingers. Holding onto my phone for long periods can be tiring and painful. The grips allow me to securely rest my phone on my palm when it’s in a horizontal position. In hindsight, I would have been better off getting this product as a wide strip and cutting to fit the back of my phone.
