I take one in the morning with my b12 supplement and I’m good to go :) Also, it’s worth saying I can feel the difference when I don’t take it.

I have hashis. So I’m wary of ashwaghanda but I needed some adrenal support. I trust this brand and rhodiola works really well for me. I’m about 2’weeks I notice a bit more energy and the ability to be more calm under stress. ( planning a wedding). I’ve tried rhodiola in the past with an inferior brand and didn’t have these results. I’d say I feel a 30-40% improvement in conjunction with trying to move more, sleep more and eat better.
