After consulting with the company (they responded very quickly and helpfully to email), I ordered a size extra small. I followed the directions and have had great relief while wearing the x-brace and even when I take it off. I continue to ice my foot (rolling it over a frozen water bottle) and stretch once a day with the North American Healthcare Foot Rocker by. North American Healthcare (also a great product and available on Amazon). Thank you to the X-Brace company!
