BEST BOOK EVER! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In a class by itself *by R***N on January 21, 2017* I tutor high school students on the math and science portions of the ACT. This book is far superior to other materials available, and I use this with all of my students. The main issue with the science ACT is that the pace is so fast that almost all students do not have time to read the passages, so they go directly to the questions. Mr Cerro's book provides the key insight that the questions follow certain patterns and that recognizing the patterns is the key to answering the question quickly by minimizing the amount of reading necessary. The book provides descriptions of the patterns, many examples for each pattern, and practice tests that exercise the patterns. However students are compelled to read the "conflicting viewpoints" passage, often the most difficult aspect of the test.
