**Q: 1 use and handwash.  Appears to be liquid in duck. Is it manufactured with liquid in duck for balancing?**
A: There is no liquid in my duck, I believe it is suppose to be filled with air.  Yours may have a leak in it.

**Q: Are these oven safe?**
A: NO. This is a tea filter that has plastic and metal parts that might compromise the tea and your health. Tea is not made in a oven, not even the microwave. You put the tea leaves in the filter, put it in a cup or mug and pour hot water on it. DON'T PUT THIS IN AN OVEN.
