It is on the mild side but still constant, more pronounced around eyebrows and forehead, although my entire face has always been red, inflamed, and itchy. I have been using a hair shampoo with zinc for many years (perhaps the reason it has remained mild on my face).How I use it: The Dermazinc soap is really what you need if the problem is on your face. I wash my face with it once a day minimum in the shower. If I exercise or spend too much time outside I also try to wash my face with it before I go to bed to take off the dirt and sweat of the day [I don't wear makeup].Cons:1. I am not the biggest fan of the cream. I don't think the cream is appropriate for an oily face with Seb. Derm. It is vey thick and gave me white heads all over. I used it as per instructions but after two weeks I had a sticky waxy residue blocking my pores, despite gently exfoliating daily. I really wish they would make a light lotion for long-term maintenance.2. The cream arrived grainy, I read online that creams without stabilisers sometimes get that without being compromised.
