They are unreachable and when you leave a message they promise to call you back the next morning. 5 messages and 5 mornings later no phone call. Had issues with the drain lines after putting it together. Eventually I took it apart myself without help from the warranty department and figured out the problem. After putting it back together it works great. Mist sprays evenly without dripping all over the place. Also as a side note the assembly instructions are deficient in many ways. Had to use common sense to figure it out. All in all the fan is great but customer service is a complete joke.
