Yes, I know, I read all the reviews and thought I might luck out, but, no, my entire package was a warm lumpy broth. Not to despair, though. I kept the package closed, flattened it out, and let it harden as thinly as possible for a few days and then took a hammer to it. Voila--delicious chunks and every bite gives me the lift I need. I ended up freezing it, then breaking it apart and blending it into a smoothie.
